Steps to switch

• Step 1: Take out an ink bottle, remove the foil, remove the plug. Be careful when removing the plug, as the bottle is full and ink may overflow. Make sure you have plenty of paper towel on hand. Once you've done this a few times, it will become easier.
• Step 2: Take out the refillable cartridge, remove the black plug, insert the funnel, and pour ink from the bottle until the cartridge is three-quarters full. Re-fill ink when it is down to one-quarter full. 
• Step 3: Insert the refillable cartridge into the printer and perform three strong cleans. You are now ready to print.  

Notes: You can print using other Roland ink cartridges simultaneously.
