Order Processing
- Orders placed by 3 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the same day from Costa Mesa, CA.
- Orders placed after 3 PM PST or on weekends will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping & Fees
- Free ground shipping is available for domestic ink and parts orders over $300. Standard shipping rates apply to all other items. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Premier Colour is not responsible for lost shipments. To add signature confirmation or insurance, please contact us.
- Tracking & Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.
Local Delivery & Pickup

Local Delivery: Available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for media-only orders over $100 within a 10-mile radius of ZIP code 92626.
- Orders must be placed by 9 AM PST.
- Currently, inks and printers are not eligible for local delivery due to a labor shortage. We appreciate your understanding.
- Warehouse Pickup: Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM PST. Please select "Pick up" at checkout and bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
International Shipping

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please report it to team@premiercolour.com with accompanying photos.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for delivery errors.
- For lost or stolen packages, please report the issue to the carrier. We recommend purchasing Route insurance for additional protection.
